My journey into coaching started exactly where many of yours did: with a whistle in my hand and a bit of uncertainty in my heart.
While I spent years playing almost every sport under the sun and worked for various sporting organisations in both paid and volunteer roles, my true coaching journey began when I stepped up to lead my daughter’s netball team. I knew the basics from school, but I quickly realised there was a world of depth I had yet to uncover.
That experience sparked a realisation. I have always had a deep passion for coaching and development and I wanted to share this passion.

Why I Created This Site
I believe that sporting clubs are more than just places to win trophies; they are vital hubs for a child’s development. My mission is to help more kids get involved in sport and—more importantly—keep them in the game for longer.
